Standard Tribute Night Terms & Conditions for Event and Accommodation

-    All tribute nights are over 18 events. Under 18’s will be refused entry and will not be refunded.

-    Full payment must be made at the time of booking with a valid credit or debit card, cash and cheques can be accepted at the hotel in person. Cheques will not be accepted as a method of payment within 14 days of your event taking place.

-    Payments, cancellation or amendments must be made through the main party organiser. Discounted accommodation rates will only be offered to the main party organiser.

-    Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to the event.  No refunds or transfers will be offered on any cancellations made after this time.  Any cancellations made before the 21 days will receive a partial refund. (£10 per person per event plus £10 per person for accommodation deposit retained)  

-    Table requests will be taken but cannot be guaranteed. Special requests must be made at the time of booking.

-    The events operate a set menu for the evening. Any dietary requirements should be confirmed at the time of booking.

-    The Normandy Hotel cannot be held liable should the booking agent exercise his right to substitute an alternative tribute act if the billed performer/s becomes unavailable.

-    Drinks Pre Orders can be made for your table and will be on the table for your arrival at the hotel. Pre Ordering drinks is recommended in order to alleviate queuing at the bar. Pre Orders will only be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event taking place.

-    The Normandy Hotel supports the Scottish drink aware campaign and urges all our guests to drink responsibly.

Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions:

Provisional Bookings
A Provisional Booking can be made via the telephone or in person, these will only be held for 7 days then automatically released, prior notice will not be given.

Confirmation of Bookings
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of non-refundable deposits, a deposit of £10.00 PerPerson is required for all events with exception of Hogmanay being £20.00 Per Person.

Final Payments
The Final Settlement is due on Monday, 8th November 2010 for ALL EVENTS. Any Payments notreceived by 8th November will be deemed cancelled and all deposits forfeited.

Late Bookings
Any event booked after 8th November must be paid for in full at the time of booking, if less than 14 days prior to the date of your event we can only accept payment by Cash, Credit or Debit Card or Bankers Draft.

Accommodation
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 Per Person is required at the time of booking, all rooms must be paid in full by 8th November 2010. Accommodation booked after 8th November 2010 must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation
Cancellation of individual guests or party booking will result in deposits being forfeited, as all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. The final settlement of the event would require 21 days notice for any refund of the settlement to be applicable. Guest’s outwith this notice period or not attending on the night will not be refunded.

Payment Methods
For Security reasons all payments will only be accepted from the main party organiser, it would be advisable that one cheque or payment be made to cover the full amount – Cheques should be made payable to the Normandy Hotel.

Group Dining
Groups of Less than 12 Guests may share a table with other parties – This does not apply to Christmas Day. Every Effort is made to accommodate requests nonetheless these are not guaranteed.

Account Bar & Bar Credits
Should your organisation require account drinks for your event a main signatory would be required throughout the evening, all company credit facilities must be confirmed in writing and based prior to the event. Please contact our festive events department to set up account facilities.

Kids
Kids are only permitted to Christmas Day Events and the Hangover Bash. Hogmanay is applicable to Kids over 12 Years, however for account purposes they will be charged the full event price. All Guests attending our Festive Party Nights & Festive Tribute Nights must be over 18.

Disclaimer
The Normandy Hotel cannot be held liable should the booking agent exercise his right to substitute a suitable alternative tribute act if the billed performer/s becomes unavailable.The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event. In this circumstance an alternative date or a
