Erskine Bridge Hotel Refurbishment We Did It!
We are thrilled to announce that the Erskine Bridge Hotel has now been awarded a much coveted 4 star rating. We are overjoyed that our flagship hotel has been officially recognised by Visit Scotland for outstanding excellence in accommodation, service and dining. The award was presented to us by David Adams McGilp of Visit Scotland at a well supported awards ceremony held in the hotel, where our Managing Director Steve Ireland was more than proud to accept the accolade stating that this was his greatest professional achievement after 34 years in the hospitality industry.
The hotel has undergone an impressive £2million refurbishment program to achieve this high standard which has seen all 177 bedrooms refurbished including new luxury furnishings, wall coverings, flooring and bathrooms.
We have also completely refurbished the reception and bar areas, which includes new tiled flooring and sumptuous furnishings. This will be closely followed by the refurbishment of the restaurant, conference facilities and corridors, to the same high level.
Our aim throughout this refurbishment program was to enhance our customer experience and ultimately achieve a 4 star rating for the property making it our flagship hotel in the group and we are thrilled to see it achieve its full potential. Our other hotel, the Normandy Hotel, was also refurbished last year to a high standard which highlights our commitment to enhancing the quality of our product for our guests.
