Erskine Bridge Hotel Refurbishment We Did It!
We are thrilled to announce that the Erskine Bridge Hotel has now been awarded a much coveted 4 star rating. We are overjoyed that our flagship hotel has been officially recognised by Visit Scotland for outstanding excellence in accommodation, service and dining. The award was presented to us by David Adams McGilp of Visit Scotland at a well supported awards ceremony held in the hotel, where our Managing Director Steve Ireland was more than proud to accept the accolade stating that this was his greatest professional achievement after 34 years in the hospitality industry.
Our massive £2 million refurbishment project that saw us upgrade a large number of bedrooms as well as our reception area and bar is now close to completion, however the hard work is on-going. Our rooms have been finished to the highest standard with modern and contemporary designs so our guests can experience that little bit of luxury. We will soon be embarking on the next phase of refurbishment, renovating the restaurant, conference facilities and corridors to the same high standard we achieved in our rooms.
Our aim throughout this refurbishment program was to enhance our customer experience and ultimately achieve a 4 star rating for the property making it our flagship hotel in the group and we are thrilled to see it achieve its full potential. Our other hotel, the Normandy Hotel, was also refurbished last year to a high standard which highlights our commitment to enhancing the quality of our product for our guests.
