How to BookProvisional BookingsA provisional booking can be made via telephone or in person, these will only be held for seven days then automatically released, prior notice will not be given. Confirmation of BookingsBookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of non-refundable deposits. A deposit of £10.00 per person is required for all events with the exception of Hogmanay being £20.00 per person. Final PaymentsThe final settlement is due on Monday 17th November 2008 for ALL EVENTS. Any payments not received by 17th November will be deemed cancelled and all deposits forfeited. Late BookingsAny event booked after the 17th November must be paid for in full at time of booking. If less than 14 days prior to the date of your event we can only accept payment by cash, credit/debit card or bankers draft. AccommodationA non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required at time of booking. All rooms must be paid in full by the 17th November 2008. Accommodation booked after 17th November must be paid for in full at time of booking. CancellationCancellation of individual guests or party bookings will result in deposits being forfeited, as all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. The final settlement of the event would require 10 days notice for any refund of the settlement to be applicable. Guest’s out with this notice period or not attending on the night will not be refunded. Payment MethodsFor security reasons all payments will only be accepted from the Main Party Organiser. It would be advisable that one cheque or payment be made to cover the full amount - cheques should be made payable to the Normandy Hotel. Group DiningGroups of less than 12 guests may share a table with other parties, this does not apply to Christmas Day. Every effort is made to accommodate requests, nonetheless these are NOT GUARANTED. Account Bars & Bar CreditsShould your organisation require Account Drinks for your event, a main signatory would be required throughout the evening. All company credit facilities must be confirmed in writing and based prior to the event. Please contact our festive events department to set up account facilities. Kids Kids are only permitted to Christmas Day events and the Hangover bash. Hogmanay is applicable to kids of over 11 years, however for account purposes they will be charged the full event price. All guests attending a festive party night must be over 18 years.
